igloo has 7 bases of operations throughout the UK to ensure a full coverage of our services can be provided to any client, irrespective of their location.
igloo pride themselves by offering a traditional, white collar recruitment approach and methodology to the blue collar recruitment market. Our divisions that specialise in blue collar skilled and industrial labour are not based on High Streets. We don’t take passing trade or walk-in enquiries, all of our candidates are experienced and qualified experts in their fields, and screening with our team of experts in by appointment only.
If we can’t find the exact match for our clients’ requirements then we work with them to find an alternative solution or we’ll find another provider who can fulfil their requirements. What we won’t do is fill a vacancy with just anybody simply in order to tick a box.
igloo’s range of solutions includes master vendor arrangements, managed service contracts, permanent staff, short and long term temporary labour, as well as management recruitment on a permanent, interim and contract basis.

As for our candidates, we see them as an extension of our business and treat them and their details with the same level of confidentiality and respect as we do our own staff. We won’t expose our candidates to poor working conditions and we maintain regular contact with them to help manage them throughout their placements.
Our due diligence for our candidates are exemplary and full licence, DBS, Right to Work and reference checks are carried out without fail when required, as well as a full and in-depth face to face screening process.
